The Scrub FAQ

How much Scrub should I use?

Ideally just take a small handful and massage onto your body. Remember to focus on your problem areas. A weekly scrub is great, though many of our customers like to start and end their week with "me time" and treat themselves to a twice-weekly scrub.

Does The Scrub "go off"?

While The Scrub does not "go off", it is best to use it within about 6 months. Be sure to keep the bag sealed in between use as exposure to the air for long periods can cause The Scrub to dry out. If you get water inside the pouch, the shelf life and quality of The Scrub may be reduced.

Can I use The Scrub on my face?

Although we don't recommend using The Scrub on your face, many of our customers with acne, have told us they have used it with positive results. We recommend you consult your health professional for further information.

What if I get The Scrub in my eyes?

Try to keep The Scrub away from your eyes but rinse the area thoroughly with cold water if this happens. DO NOT RUB YOUR EYES.  If  irritation and pain occurs, seek medical advice immediately.

How long does a packet of The Scrub last?

This really depends on how much you use, and how often you use it. Most of our customers who use The Scrub twice a week say it usually lasts around a month.

Does The Scrub help with other skin problems like psoriasis, eczema and acne?

We’ve had great feedback from customers who have used The Scrub with very positive results for stretch marks, cellulite, acne, psoriasis and eczema. However, we do recommend talking to your health professional if you have skin problems before using The Scrub. We also recommend that you try The Scrub on a test patch of skin to check for any skin sensitivity. If any irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult your health professional.

Can I use The Scrub when I am pregnant?

The Scrub does contain coffee grounds and therefore also contains caffeine. We recommend you consult your health professional before use.  Many of our customers who have used The Scrub for their stretch marks have reported some very positive results.
