BANANA, CRANBERRY & WHITE CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES OR SLICE
3/4 Cup softened butter
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup of oats
1 1/3 cups All purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup white chocolate chip
1 cup dried cranberries
In a bowl, add the wet ingredients and combine.
In a separate bowl, add all the dry ingredients and combine
Add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet mixture and combine. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 F, Line a baking sheet with paper and pour the slice into it. Cook for 13-15 mins or until cooked through.
Take out, let it cool down and slice
