Dark Chocolate Bark with Goji Berries, Nuts and Sea Salt
1 Kingsize Whittakers 70% dark chocolate, melted
1 250g bag Goji Berries
1 100g Packet of Nuts
1/4 tsp sea salt
Optional toppings: dried cranberries, pistachios, almonds, seeds etc
Get a baking tray and line with parchment paper.
Sprinkle goji berries, sea salt and any others optional toppings onto the paper closely together
Pour the melted chocolate on top of the berries and nuts and smooth with a spatula into an even layer.
Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until completely set.
Peel off parchment paper and break into pieces. Enjoy!
